We’re excited to share with you the vision for the remodel of our facility—a project designed to create a more welcoming, functional, and flexible space to better serve our church family and community.

Why Are We Remodeling?

We Need More Space

In just a year and a half, our weekly attendance has grown from 150 to over 215—that’s a 40% increase!

• Easter 2024: 240 people
• Easter 2025: 390 people
• Our second service is now near 80% full, averaging 140 people
• If this trend continues, we will reach our facility’s current max capacity very soon

We believe this remodel is the faithful next step—not just for comfort, but for capacity to reach more people and disciple more lives.

Our Community Needs Us

There are great churches in Keizer, but only a small percentage of people are actively involved in one. As a church rooted in Keizer and committed to being a church for the Valley, we want to be ready to welcome and walk with those God sends.

What’s Included in the Remodel?

Project Highlights

Here’s a glimpse of what’s planned:

• Expanded Foyer – more room to gather, connect, and welcome guests
• Updated Worship Center – new sound, video, chairs, paint, and HVAC
• Larger Office Area – more functional and open for ministry collaboration
• Improved Children’s Classroom Access – with a new hallway for better flow and safety
• ADA-Compliant Bathrooms – accessible and updated for all ages
• Seating for 200+ – allowing us to nearly double in size without adding a third service

Budget

• Project Budget: $300,000
• Contingency Fund: $50,000 (for unexpected expenses)
• Total Project Cost: $350,000

How We’ll Pay for It:

We’re asking the church to authorize the board to secure a loan not to exceed $350,000.

• Any gifts given toward the remodel will reduce the amount we need to borrow
• Potential monthly loan payment: $2,900
• Rental income: $3,600/month (which more than covers the payment)

We believe God will provide, and we are committed to stewarding these resources wisely and prayerfully as we move forward.
